Return Policy

If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us at martespacegmail.com within 30 days of delivery to share your concerns. Our customer service team will assist you in obtaining a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Please note that returning an item without prior approval may result in loss or additional costs for which we cannot be held responsible. Our return policy is valid for 30 days; unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including original packaging. All merchandise returned to Mart e Space should include all original items and be packed securely. If the original packaging is unavailable, please use a sturdy replacement box and adequate packing materials to protect the item.

The return address will vary depending on the product and will be included in the return label. To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Please note that purchases made during promotional sales are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Refund Policy

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products, personal care items (beauty products), and hazardous materials. Please contact us with any questions about your specific item. Note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

To get the item you want, return your current item first, and then make a separate purchase for the new one.

If your order is shipped to the EU, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags and in original packaging, along with a receipt.

We will notify you after inspecting your return. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process it. If 15 business days have passed since approval without a refund, contact us at mart3space@gmail.com.

Typically, your items will take 1-3 business days to prepare for shipment. After that, they are usually shipped within 3-7 business days once we update your order with a tracking number. Actual shipping times and delivery dates may vary based on your local postal service.

Cancellation Policy

After completing your order, you can make adjustments to certain details by contacting us at mart3space@gmail.com within 24 hours. After this period, your order will be sent to suppliers, and you won’t be able to change or cancel it. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, please be aware that you will be responsible for the payment fee, which is non-refundable.

You can change the color and/or size of your items unless it affects the final price. If you wish to cancel any items in your order that had promotions applied, please reach out within 24 hours. However, your order may no longer be eligible for the promotion after changes are made.
